Wicked City Cabaret: Prince Tribute '22

Hey There!

I want to tell you about what I’ve been up to lately! A few weeks ago I got the opportunity to photograph a burlesque show in my city! I’ve always wanted to be more in the burlesque and kink community and thanks to the lovely Rosa for Recommending me, I had the awesome opportunity to photograph a show for the wonderful performers of Wicked City Cabaret!

Every year Wicked City Cabaret has a Prince Tribute Show and This year it was in the city and I covered it along with another photographer. I had the most perfect vantage point in the far corner of the stage so I was able to get some really great photos.

It was only the second time photographing a Burlesque show, way back when, I took photos of a local performance of the Blackheart Burlesque troupe when they came to town. The growth is palpable!

Here are a few of my favorites, I won’t show you all of them because I took over 2000 photos, I honestly don’t think I’ve ever taken that many photos, not even when I went to Disney!
