Novels #89: Vampire Readathon Final

Let’s catch up!

It’s the end of March and I’ve survived the Vampire Readathon. A general consensus, I’d be just fine if I never read another vampire book. I think I stepped way too far out of my wheelhouse with these, and I think they’re a product of a time in my life that I am just no longer into.

Over March, I slogged through and completed 8 books with over 2000 pages of basic supernatural writing, lackluster vampires, and even less corporeal female characters. There were only two 5 🥕 books and they were at the beginning of the month!

All in all, I didn’t let it discourage me from reading and I was even able to fit in and finish 3 mystery books so I call it a success! This month’s reading brought my yearly total to 20/65 so I’m well on my way!
