Mr. Deville #7: Black Fae Day
Hey Gang!
The 8th of May was Black Fae Day! A day where black people could cosplay fae and magical creatures safely without issue or ridicule! Started by Jupiter Jazz after being inspired by Kenji in Fairy Garb, it has turned into an entire movement and I was so excited to participate!

I’ve never really been one for fairies or fae, so I decided to go as a satyr. Perfect mystical creature to join in on the festivities in my opinion. My outfit consists of a romper from Rue 21, which I got a size too large, and had to criss-cross to avoid gapping. Satyr horns are from amazon, and my socks are from sock dreams.

I decided to add the Magical staff for a little extra oomph~! I dragged boy wonder to the park to get a few shots before we headed to his parents for game night, but my favorite photo is taken in front of their giant tree! In the upcoming month, I’ll be celebrating Black Vampire Day, Which is on the 24th, so I’m excited for that as well.

Have you participated in any of the community Cosplay days?
Until Next Time,
Moriartie
